1) 总公司证照原件及印章（备用）；
2）总公司资料律师公证原件二份【总公司全套资料需提交到中国司法部认可的机构做认证，如是海外的公司还需提供中国驻当地使（领）馆备签；
3) 总公司银行资信证明原件二份【需提供中国驻当地使（领）馆备签；
4) 驻穗首席代表的有效身份证明原件（备用）,一寸彩照8张,简历一份；
5) 写字楼的房地产证或租赁合同书原件2份（要求：以发起企业名称或驻穗首席代表姓名租用；租期一年以上；该合同须经租赁管理所登记）；
