The company was established in Loudi City, Hunan Province in2019, with a total investment of 300 million yuan, covering an area of 30000square meters and owned plant area of 30000 square meters. It is estimated tobe completed and put into operation in December 2020.

The company produces,processes and sells civil aircraft parts, medical equipment parts, automobileparts and various mechanical parts. The main processing and manufacturing ofaircraft seat precision parts are used in Boeing, Airbus and other civilaircraft, and the world's second largest automatic welding machine, the U.S.Lincoln Electric Co.

Aihang precisionhardware technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was accredited the AS9100 aerospacequality management system in 2014. Since the establishment of the factory, thecompany has the original professional management team, strong technical force,advanced production equipment, high-precision monitoring and measuringequipment, perfect management system, and provides customers with high-qualityproducts and services.

The company's productionequipment is mainly CNC machiningcenters and CNC lathes. There are 35 machining centers, mainly includingfive axis machines and four axis machines. In addition, CNC lathes, long-rangewater-jet cutting machines, centerlessgrinder, magnetic grinders, vibration grinders, general lathes, variousdrilling machines, milling machines, sandblasting machines, pad printingmachines, cleaning machines, ink-jet printers, ovens, etc. are equipped formetal processing services.

The company's testingequipment includes Germany made Zeiss CMM, American Micro Vu opticalinstrument, optical projector, Japanese Mitutoyo profilometer, Americanpneumatic measuring instrument, Italian AFFRI hardness tester, and otherprecision testing equipment.
